(NAPSI)-Few things are more alluring than a woman who is sexy, sassy and full of confidence. That’s why Pond’s, the No. 1 wet towelette brand that gives women the beauty “edge,” has teamed up with Universal Pictures’ musical romantic comedy, MAMMA MIA! to celebrate the dynamo in 40+ women.
Multi-award winning actress, Christine Baranski, stars as one of the dynamos in MAMMA MIA! and plays one in her everyday life, too. Baranski offers some simple tips to help women play up their assets so they can look and feel like sexy, sassy, confident dynamos:
Dress the Part. No matter what your age, pick out clothes that flatter your figure and make you feel like the dynamo you are! Go for glamour. Remember, clothes that are too short, tight or revealing can have the opposite effect at any age. Buy a few sexy staples for the season to feel young and fresh.
Take a Starring Role. When you are confident, it shows! A true dynamo knows what her assets are and how to play them up. So get out there and let the world know that you have the leading role. When you walk into a party--strut your stuff!
Put on Your Face. Wearing make-up is key to being a dynamo. But when it is time to take it off, use a product like Pond’s Clean Sweep Wet Cleansing Towelettes that removes make-up easily, even waterproof mascara.
Even Dynamos Need Downtime. Never underestimate the power of sleep. Getting a good night rest can help you rejuvenate your body, clear up your skin and make you feel great. Try to get at least eight hours of sleep a night so that you can be ready to face the world!
For more tips on how to look and feel like a dynamo visit www.ponds.com.

More People Walking, Cycling As High Gas Prices Soar: Xenna CEO Says Proper Foot Care More Important Than Ever
GBB Note: While parts of Fayette County have access to golf carts and the path system, we still show off our feet as we stop and chat with friends we run across on the paths. Yep, saving gasoline is a beautiful feeling these days.
/24-7PressRelease/ - With gas prices at record highs, many people reminisce fondly of the days when gas was cheap enough to drive just about anywhere. While those days are gone forever, there are some positive side effects of the energy crisis. Walking and cycling more means that people will be getting more exercise and generating less pollution.
Carol J. Buck is CEO of Xenna Corporation (www.xenna.com), which distributes natural foot care products. She says, "I believe that most of the time, it's possible to turn lemons into lemonade. I plan to get my moped fixed and do more walking when shopping and visiting friends. So, high gas prices may have done me a favor."
Buck adds, "We all need to exercise more and fill ups over $50 are a great incentive to think of other ways to get from Point A to Point B. But, while walking more is great exercise and saves energy, it takes a toll on feet. Like tires on a car, feet require maintenance."
In the U.S., many people are accustomed to driving everywhere - even to the neighborhood grocery a few blocks away. Ray Alexander, a media buyer with Atlanta-based Media Brokers International, Inc., says, "Because of time and convenience, I was used to jumping in the truck to go to the grocery store three blocks away. Now, I walk there."
Alexander says, "Rather than drive, my wife and I decided to walk to my son's sporting event, about a mile from our house. I wore sandals, and when I got home my feet ached, and I noticed for the first time they were dry and cracked, so I grabbed some CalleX Ointment we had in the bathroom. One event caused me to try the product, and it worked great. I've used NonyX Nail Gel also, and was very pleased with the results."
According to Buck, "With people walking more because of high gas prices, it's more important than ever to take care of our feet. Xenna's NonyX Nail Gel and CalleX Dry Heel Ointment are natural, diabetic-friendly products that help make feet look and feel better."
NonyX Nail Gel (www.nonyx.com) is a topical, easy-to-use, diabetic-friendly gel used by podiatrists, but also sold through mass retailers and chain drugstores, that breaks down and removes keratin debris -- the discolored, yellow or thick, granular buildup under nails that causes them to appear yellow or discolored. NonyX Gel softens keratin debris using natural ethanoic acid, and permits it to be scraped out from under the nail, beginning after about four weeks.
For those with rough, dry or cracked skin on heels and soles, Xenna's acid-free, diabetic-friendly CalleX Ointment (www.callexointment.com) uses natural enzymes to thin and soften hardened, thickened skin and remove dry, cracked or scaly buildup.
Patented CalleX Ointment uses natural enzymes (subtilisin and aminopeptidase) to exfoliate unsightly flakes and thin hardened soles and toes. Free of potentially irritating acids, colorants, parabens and lanolin, these natural enzymes exfoliate ONLY dry, hardened skin, leaving normal skin unaffected, as it moisturizes and rejuvenates dry, cracked heels.
Lightly fragranced with refreshing, natural peppermint oil, CalleX Ointment is sold in a 1.75 oz. jar. With daily use, complete exfoliation and/or softening takes between 2 and 4 weeks.

Acne: Not Just A Teen Issue
(NAPSI)-The first step in clearing up your skin may be to clear up some misconceptions about acne-such as the mistaken idea that it only affects teens.
While acne may traditionally be viewed as a teenage “rite of passage,” a recent survey shows that acne is a problem that also commonly affects adults and can have a negative effect on many aspects of a person’s life-professional, academic, physical and social.
According to the Skin Matters 2008 Survey, conducted by Harris Interactive on behalf of Retin-A Micro Pump, nearly half of dermatologists’ acne patients are adults (46 percent). The survey showed that 38 percent of adults with acne say it is more stressful having acne as an adult than as a teenager, and 50 percent find acne to be unappealing, more so than having facial wrinkles (36 percent) or gray hair (29 percent). Adults with acne also state that it negatively impacts their self-confidence (41 percent) and mood (31 percent). Some adults with acne say that it negatively impacts their lifestyle, causing some to refrain from asking for or accepting a date (9 percent), cancel social plans (7 percent) or get passed over for a promotion or raise (3 percent).
“Acne is definitely not just a teen issue,” says Richard Fried, M.D., Ph.D., Clinical Director, Yardley Dermatology and author of “Healing Adult Acne.” “It has become increasingly common for adults to experience acne-one in five women who suffer from acne is between the ages of 25 and 40.”
Interestingly, the severity of one’s acne does not necessarily determine the amount of emotional distress a person may endure.
“The effect acne has on each individual varies. It is the dermatologists’ responsibility to talk with their patients about acne, and to determine an effective treatment plan to improve their patients’ skin and quality of lives,” says Fried.
According to the American Academy of Dermatology, nearly every case of acne can be treated. In fact, 72 percent of dermatologists agree that acne treatment options have improved considerably over the past five years. Tretinoin, the leading prescribed retinoid for the treatment of acne, has proven to be highly effective for 30 years, and delivery systems, such as the Retin-A Micro Pump (tretinoin gel) microsphere 0.04 percent and 0.1 percent, have evolved to improve ease of use, another common issue among adults with acne.
The Pump was specifically designed to dispense the right amount of medication during each use and to help prevent overuse. Microsphere technology slowly releases tretinoin over time, reducing irritation commonly associated with other tretinoin formulas.
The first step in treating adult acne is to make an appointment with a dermatologist. For more information, visit www.retinamicro.com.
Many adults believe they will no longer have acne when they reach their 20s, but, in fact, people can get it well into their 40s and 50s.
About Retin-A Micro: Retin-A Micro (tretinoin gel) microsphere 0.04 percent and 0.1 percent are prescription medicines to put on the skin to treat acne. Retin-A Micro 0.04 percent and 0.1 percent start working in as little as two weeks, with full results after seven weeks. Unprotected exposure to the sun or tanning lights, extreme wind or cold or use of irritating skin care products may aggravate the skin. During the first weeks of treatment, you may experience dryness, redness or peeling. For the full prescribing information, visit http://www.retinamicro.com/prescribinginformation.asp.

Fragrance and Color Inspire 2009 TrendWatch(R) Report: New resource for Defining Fragrance Trends
GBB Note: It will be interesting to see how many fragrance manufacturers tempt us with their newly named products in 2009.
PRNewswire/ -- Leading Southeastern fragrance house Arylessence, Inc. has released its new Arylessence TrendWatch(R) report for the 2009 season. The richly illustrated report is a comprehensive guide to consumer attitudes and lifestyle trends in fragrance, color and new product development. The TrendWatch(R) reports on 14 'deep trends' that reflect deeply held consumer tastes, preferences and buying habits. Unlike passing fads, Arylessence deep trends are solid, durable themes that persist and subtly evolve over time and provide critical insights for marketing decision making.
"We develop the Arylessence TrendWatch(R) to provide direction for clients and their product development teams," says Steve Tanner, Arylessence President and Chief Executive Officer. "We offer new ways to brainstorm and approach innovation in fragrance and product design, providing insight to help marketing teams create winning ideas."
The 14 Arylessence deep trends for 2009 are:
-- Beneficial Elements About nourishing ingredients and science
-- Culinary Fusion Global culinary influences
-- Cultural Connections Merging of cultures and lifestyles
-- Earth Origins The natural essence of things
-- Eco-consumerism Sustainable lifestyles and environment
-- Fem Fabulous The power of women
-- Give a Little Making a difference in the world
-- Life on Demand Technology and innovation
-- Local Source Fair trade and sourcing
-- New-stalgic The marriage of new and nostalgia
-- Sensory Allure Our desire for multi-sensory experiences
-- Something Real Authenticity and integrity
-- Universal Luxe Everyone wants a little luxury
-- You-nique About individuality and personal style
The 31-page Arylessence TrendWatch(R) report depicts Arylessence fragrance notes and distinctive colors for each of the 14 trends as well as advertising messaging and new product packaging for consumer brands that embody each trend's defining qualities and characteristics.
"In a complex and challenging world, these current trends reflect our desire to care for ourselves with nourishing and restorative ingredients and at the same time respect the environment and our planet," says Lori Miller Burns, Arylessence Director of Marketing, who led development of the report. "As consumers, we love luxury and indulgence, but all of us are increasingly aware of sustainability and the need to protect the world's precious resources. This is a strong underlying theme among all trends today."
Miller Burns highlights three lifestyle trends that reflect concern by today's consumers to care for themselves and protect the environment:
Beneficial Elements -- Consumers seek brands and products that nurture and enrich the skin and achieve health and well-being with natural essences and minerals. A strong desire to "turn back the clock" translates into successful fragrance and product concepts that reflect the scientific links between nutrients and health.
Earth Origins -- Consumers seek new experiences derived from the natural world around them and desire brands that touch and reflect nature. Emotional rewards come from a primary association with nature and all product components including colors, designs and fragrances reflect environmental influences.
Eco-consumerism -- Consumers demand products that are sustainable and produced without negative impact on the environment. Eco-friendly textiles such as organic cotton, bamboo, organic denim, hemp and hand-dyed silk are transformed into products that have luxury and integrity. Fragrance ingredients are naturally sourced and produced with sustainable resources.
In the report, Arylessence perfumers describe and interpret the fragrance notes that reflect each trend and suggest how scents and fragrance themes will evolve in 2009 in consumer products.

What to Expect From Your First Massage
GBB Note: Ahhhh-- a massage. We highly recommend them from a reputable, qualified massage therapist. The first one I had was at a spa in Arizona. I thought I would never get up-- it felt so wonderful. The second one I had was during a pregnancy. I knew I had died and gone to heaven. I believe it was the best I felt for nine months! I've had them at a massage therapist's location, at the office, at hotels while traveling, and at home. What a way to feel beautiful!
(ARA) - With warm weather drawing more Americans out of their easy chairs and into the sunshine, there’s no reason to let stress or muscle stiffness get in the way of feeling your best. Whether participating in weddings, hiking, playing sports or getting earthy in the garden, busy and active Americans are increasingly turning to massage for celebrating special occasions, relieving muscle stiffness or just plain relaxing. Massage is a valuable ally in feeling healthy and staying in the game.
Many kinds of massage have blossomed in recent decades and a glossary at www.massagetherapy.com helps consumers find just the right treatment as well as a qualified massage therapist. According to national consumer research by Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), most people try their first massage on the recommendation of a medical professional; another third do so because they received a massage as a gift. Consumers report overwhelmingly positive experiences with their first massage, making a gift certificate a winning choice.
The following are some things to know about trying massage or giving it as a gift.
Spa Specials
More than ever, spas are offering bonding experiences for those celebrating special events like proms, graduations, wedding showers and wedding days. These promote fun for family and friends, and ensure everyone from flower girls to mothers-of-the-bride will look smashing and feel great on the big day. Massage is a key part of the package for smoothing jittery bridal nerves or as part of a wedding shower or spa party. Don’t forget couples’ massage -- ABMP reports more than ever, men are trying massage and this can be a wonderful gift for when the hectic wedding day is over.
Weekend Warriors
Sports massage isn’t just for professional athletes and you don’t have to be injured to use massage as part of your athletic regimen. Weekend warriors working themselves back into shape can enhance their sports performance by using massage before, during and after events.
Professional athletes use vigorous massage before sports events to loosen up, bring blood to critical parts of the body and support muscle memory while they visualize their optimum athletic performance. Immediate after-event massage shortens recovery time and disperses toxins and waste from muscles. Both can be done fully clothed. Massage can also help if you truly overdo it, as muscles near an injury tend to tighten up and create a ripple effect that spreads discomfort, tightness and even muscle spasms.
Massage: A Vital Honey-Do
The home do-it-yourselfer is another good candidate for massage therapy after cleaning out gutters and garages, painting the house, mowing the lawn and being hunched over in the garden. Many of these activities engage muscles rusty from disuse that may not sound any alarms in the body while being stressed. It’s afterward they express their displeasure. Taking frequent rest breaks, stretching and changing positions while working can help up front; massage therapy can help with after effects.
A gift certificate for that hardworking homeowner could be just the ticket -- ABMP research reveals wives often underestimate how much that special man will appreciate a massage gift certificate. Men already seem to understand that massage as a gift will be appreciated by their significant others.
What to Expect
Here’s how to enjoy massage yourself and give it as a gift:
* Find a qualified massage therapist at www.massagetherapy.com and you’ll work with a professional. At this Web site you can choose the massage method you prefer and use the zip-code finder to locate someone convenient. Ask whether they offer gift certificates.
* Many people worry about modesty. You’ll undress only to your level of comfort and will be covered under a sheet or towel for the entire massage session except for the area being worked on. You’ll undress and dress in privacy.
* You’ll be massaged only on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck and shoulders. Tell your massage therapist about any aches and tightness and whether the pressure is comfortable.
* Drink plenty of water after your massage to help clear away lactic acid and toxins.
* The average price of a massage has remained steady at $60 for one hour in recent years, a bargain when you consider the rising prices of flowers, home wares, food-and-wine gifts and travel. Tipping is appreciated; 10 to 20 percent is customary.
* Most people find quiet is conducive to relaxation, but it’s okay to chat and ask questions if you wish. Just don’t feel obligated to make small talk – the focus is on your relaxation and it’s perfectly polite to be quiet.

Natural Remedies for Headache Pain
(ARA) – Are you finding yourself under a lot of stress these days? Whether it’s being brought on by tension at work, at home, or by concerns of how the higher gas prices will affect you, there’s a lot on your plate right now.
The last thing you want to deal with is a pounding headache, but unfortunately, tension headaches and stress go hand-in-hand. While there may be little you can do to eliminate the stressors in your life, there are a variety of things you can do to help reduce the severity and frequency of headaches.
Here are some good steps to consider:
* Take a long, hard look at your lifestyle.
Behaviors that promote general good health may also help prevent headaches. If you aren’t physically active, get up and get moving. Regular aerobic exercise, such as walking, swimming or biking can help reduce the frequency and severity of tension headaches. If you don’t think you can get motivated enough on your own, sign up for a gym membership and use it often. You should also get into the habit of eating regular, healthy meals and getting plenty of rest.
* Make sure you’re drinking enough water.
What many people don’t realize is that dehydration is one of the most frequent causes of headaches, in both adults and children. If you’re not drinking the recommended 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day, give it a try. You’ll likely be delighted with the results.
* Find ways to relax
If you're doing your best to live a healthy lifestyle and drink adequate amounts of water, but are still getting frequent headaches, the problem may be that your body is still having a tough time figuring out how to relax. There are a variety of relaxation techniques you can try including deep breathing and biofeedback. Many people also find that massaging their head, neck and shoulders with their fingertips, and pressing a cold compress onto their forehead helps.
“There’s just something magical about the combination of pressure, massage and coolness that makes a world of difference for me,” says Aurelia Koby, president of IMAK products, a California company that specializes in natural pain relief products. Koby often suffers from headaches, and used to rely on a washcloth wrapped with ice to get relief. “Now there’s something even better,” she says.
The IMAK Pillow/Pain Relief Mask was designed by medical doctor to provide relief from migraines, headaches, sinus pain and eyestrain. All you have to do is put it on your face and secure it in place with the attached elastic strap, then sit back and relax.
The secret to the pillow’s success is in its filling -- ergoBeads create a gentle massaging effect around the eyes. While it can be used at room temperature and still feel cool, many people prefer to keep it in the freezer so when they put it on, they get the benefit of an extra ”cooling” relief and a massage at the same time. The Eye Pillow also blocks out light, which makes it even more soothing for pain and tension relief.
You can find the IMAK Eye Pillow/Pain Relief Mask at many online and retail drug stores. For a store locator, log on to www.imakproducts.com.

Designers Take Old Fashion and Make It New for the Atlanta Dress For Success Fashion Show
Not all innovative fashion trends have to come with high price tags. Designers in the Dress for Success competitive fashion show, Designed for a Purpose, on August 17, 2008 will create new designs out of pre-existing clothing, merging art and recycling.
"We wanted our designers to experience what we do at Dress for Success everyday; take something from the past and give it a fresh purpose," said Victoria Hook, Dress for Success Atlanta's Program Director.
This year, designers will put a new spin on old clothing to create a stylish new design. In addition to the recycled look, designers will create a business suit purposefully designed for a plus sized model, along with a piece of sportswear apparel. Designers will be judged by Casey Beniot from Induvia, Joli Baker from PurMinerals, Dionne Boyd from Neiman Marcus, Malika Hakeem from Seven Boutique, Darryl Mapp and Jason Bacon from Roccawear.
Hook said this year's competition will center around a "green" theme, as the organization wants to show people how Dress for Success Atlanta's role in the recycling effort through clothing donations can make a big difference in other people's lives.
"With the country becoming more environmental aware, we thought this would be a great opportunity to show people how to repurpose clothing instead of adding it to local landfills."
Aside from serving as a key fundraising event for the organization, the fashion show will also feature Dress for Success clients in a special show segment.
"At Dress for Success Atlanta our main goal is to make a woman feel good by making her look good. Transforming a suit that is no longer ideal for one, to provide purpose and opportunity for another is…fashionable recycling at its finest." said Hook.

Cloning Hairs Seen As Possible Solution to Baldness
24-7 - While the common term is male pattern baldness, the problem of becoming bald prematurely is actually fairly common in both men and women. Millions of men and women suffer from this problem, but there might be a solution forthcoming to allow people to regain their old, lustrous locks --- through the controversial technology known as cloning.
The idea behind this, a technique known as "follicular cell implantation," was recently tested on human beings by a British team of researchers. They promptly hailed the procedure as a major advance in the methods available for hair restoration, with the financial backing from the government amounting to 1.9 million.
Theoretically, the therapy could provide limitless replacements for lost hair. According to the team, the procedure could be used to replace hair lost to burns, cancer treatments, or the simple ravages of old age. The researchers estimate that the technology might be available to the average patient within the next five years, in the best-case scenario.
The method involves extracting cells from the skin known as dermal papilla. These cells are known to be responsible for the growth of hair, and are usually extracted from the back of the scalp - where hair growth is known to continue despite losses everywhere else. The cells are placed in a special culture, where they are made to multiply, stimulating them into developing new hair follicles. The technique has also been successfully used to rejuvenate areas that have simply stopped producing hair.
Intercytex, the British company behind this procedure, is among the major companies competing to find a way to reverse the hair loss that affects an estimated 40% of men over the age of 50. They say that over a thousand injections might be required before the number of hair cells in bald patients will show any signs of growth, but believe it would be quicker and less invasive than the current alternative: hair transplants.
According to the team, it only takes a period of eight weeks for the cells to be able to generate millions of themselves in the special culture developed, allowing for rapid re-growth of hair follicles in the skin. Japanese, Italian, and American groups have also reportedly made progress in using cloning as a means of restoring hair growth, particularly through the use of adult stem cells.

A Parent’s Tips For A Head Lice-Free Summer
NAPSI-Lice can strike at any time of the year. But as summer camp season draws near and children spend more time in close quarters, the odds of our little ones becoming infested with lice tend to increase. To prevent lice from ruining your summer and that of your child, Leanne Preston, mom and CEO of Wild Child, maker of Quit Nits, shares some of her tips for a head lice-free summer:
The Facts of Lice: Essential Head Lice Tips for Parents
1. Start from scratch. Before camp begins, check your child for lice and nits.
If your child has lice, a close examination of his or her hair and scalp will reveal white or grayish crawling forms, about the size of a sesame seed with legs (lice), and yellowish-white eggs (nits) attached to the hair shafts close to the scalp. The eggs can sometimes be mistaken for dandruff or shampoo residue that will not wash off. However, unlike dandruff, which moves when touched, nits and lice will stick to hair. You may also see red bite or scratch marks on the back of the neck.
2. If you find lice, don’t panic!
• Wash your hands and child’s hands and nails thoroughly, getting under the nails, as some lice may be found there due to scratching.
• Treat infested family members at the same time. There are many treatment options; however, it is important to know that the current leading lice treatments contain toxic chemicals that can be potentially harmful. Wild Child’s Quit Nits is a safe treatment that has been found to be more effective than most other treatments. Quit Nits is so gentle it can even be used on pregnant and nursing moms.* The Quit Nits Complete Lice Kit includes everything you need-two tubes of Lice Treatment Cream to treat your child’s infestation and one Everyday Lice Preventative Spray to help prevent infestation and reinfestation.
• Prevent reinfestation. To prevent the spread of head lice, you should ask your child to not share personal items such as combs, brushes and hair accessories, and to not try on hats that belong to other children. In addition, Quit Nits Everyday Lice Preventative Spray, the first of its kind, is a spray that prevents infestation and reinfestation by creating an unfriendly environment for lice.
• Inform the camp director that you have treated your child for lice.
3. If you don’t find any lice, keep them away by telling your child not to share the following personal items and make sure you pack:
• A personal brush or comb
• Your child’s hat
• Quit Nits Everyday Lice Preventative Spray.
• If the camp includes sleepaways, also pack a personal sleeping bag/blanket, pillow and pillowcase, towels and washcloths.
The Wild Child Story
Ten years ago, following the unpleasant discovery that her youngest daughter had head lice, Leanne Preston was horrified to learn that the most-common treatment for head lice was a shampoo containing toxic chemicals that can be harmful.
After a period of intensive research, Wild Child developed a safe, nontoxic and scientifically proven head lice treatment made from natural actives from the Australian outback. The treatment does not require painful combing, which is a big relief for both parents and children. Today, Quit Nits is a best seller in Australia and Europe. And now this product is available in the U.S., over the counter at CVS/ pharmacy nationwide. Learn more at www.quitnits.com.
*People with a history of allergy to essential oils should consult a physician prior to use.
Leanne Preston, CEO and founder of Wild Child, began her quest to find a natural alternative to the current toxic head lice treatments 10 years ago.

The Key to Healthy Aging for Men
(ARA) - It’s no secret men are living longer, working later into life and taking on more roles than ever before. Understandably, men are also looking to improve and prolong their health and happiness with preventive steps to achieve a higher quality of life. And with notions of age changing rapidly, the best way to stay healthy is to focus on the whole body.
“Men of past generations invoked a ‘fix what’s broken’ mentality and that mindset is as ineffective for health as it is for a car,” says Dr. Marcus Laux, a naturopathic physician and health science advisor to LIFE SPAN labs. “Physical, emotional and sexual well-being are all interconnected and a whole-body approach is the best way to ensure a man’s health is running on all cylinders.”
Dr. Laux offers the following tips to keep men aging healthy:
* Weigh your options -- Getting your weight under control can go a long way in improving your overall health. It takes pressure off of the cardiovascular system, as well as joints. Men with a waist 42-inches or more are also at a 50 percent greater risk for diminished sexual ability. Practice the rewards of eating to live and you will live well at a healthy weight.
* Move like your life depends on it -- Exercise is nature’s champion of health. It lowers stress, strengthens the body’s ability to repair itself, supports healthy blood flow and it can even help improve your mood. Regular exercise is best, so make sure you incorporate enjoyable activities and mix up your routine to avoid boredom and burnout. Whether that means finding a fitness partner or getting the guys together to play a regular game of basketball, just make sure to keep moving.
* It’s not just what you eat, but what’s eating at you -- Distress is a true crippler and, if left unchecked, a killer. It affects every aspect of your well-being, accelerates problems, prevents normal healing and generates excessive free radicals -- which ages your body prematurely. Everyone experiences stress, but if it’s used as a motivator to eat well or exercise more, it can be a catalyst for improving overall health.
* Smoking is a smoking gun -- Smoking not only exposes you to seemingly endless documented health risks, but it is also one of the most adverse factors in sexual health. It only takes two cigarettes a day to negatively affect your drive, and that’s not taking into account the unpleasant breath and dulled smile incurred by regular smoking.
* Reconnect with your partner – Married men generally live longer than their single counterparts, and an invigorating relationship can add even more joy to those extra years. While the last couple of decades may have been spent putting the family before your relationship with your partner, re-embrace the importance of anniversaries, date nights and other romantic occasions. Be proactive about improving sexual health, an issue that’s common as we age. Daily supplements like 112 Degrees can provide men with a safe option for improving this important part of life.
It takes dedication to stay in good physical condition, watch what you eat and drink, get plenty of rest and manage stress in your life. However, committing to even a few simple changes can significantly improve your physical, emotional and sexual well-being. With abundant warm weather and plenty of outdoor activities to get you started, it’s the perfect time to get on track and in the field.

Summerize Your Skin
(NAPSI)-No woman wants to waste precious time on beauty routines during the warmer months. That’s why Ladies’ Home Journal, celebrating its 125th anniversary this year, shares quick tips to make you look and feel prettier this summer.
• Feeling hot and sticky from too much time in the sun? Feet dusty from wearing sandals? Pack portable mists, cleaning wipes and cooling gels to create a mini oasis.
• Want smoother, firmer, sexier skin fast? Bring radiance to arms, shoulders and décolletage with a grainy scrub during your shower routine.
• Need sun protection? Besides moisturizers with SPF, consider a T-shirt or hat that screens out the sun and check the fabric’s ultraviolet protection factor. You can also wash clothes with additives that boost UPF.
• Feeling not-so-fresh with summer sweat? Wash daily with anti-bacterial soap, wear natural fibers, and opt for solid antiperspirant deodorant applied to dry skin.
